    Disappointed by the height

    I’m disappointed with this gun as only when I used it I found out that there can’t be an adjustment of the pile height. In the specification it’s mentioned as “35-45 mm” which implies there can be a variable height between 35 and 45 mm. But it can’t. Be aware of that!
    I also found it sometimes seems not “strong” enough to push through. I have this set-up where I filled a cloth with one color in which I tuft a one-line-drawing with this heigh pile gun. I found that this gun’s motor sometimes keeps in a kind of “zooming”-sound and the needle won’t push through, especially when I’m pulsing the trigger.

    This review should not be read as a disappointment in tuftingbox. They replied to my questions nicely. Only mark: maybe explain better in the specifics.
